# Zapier Integration

## The forms on your BrightFire website can integrate with Zapier to automatically route form data to any of the 9,000+ software apps it supports.

Once a zap is published in Zapier, each time the connected form on your BrightFire website is submitted, the zap will automatically route form data to the connected app(s).

### Zapier Account

You can use your own Zapier account, or BrightFire can set up Zapier within our enterprise account.

### Using BrightFire's Enterprise Zapier Account

BrightFire's enterprise Zapier account supports all premium apps and advanced operations.

BrightFire does not charge any additional fees for using its enterprise Zapier account.

The apps that the forms on your BrightFire website connect to through Zapier must be authenticated by BrightFire's team when using BrightFire's enterprise Zapier account. You cannot log in to BrightFire's enterprise Zapier account.

BrightFire cannot set up zaps within its enterprise Zapier account that are unrelated to the forms on your BrightFire website. You will need your own Zapier account for zaps that aren't triggered by the forms on your BrightFire website.

### Using Your Own Zapier Account

A paid Zapier account may be needed if you want to use an app that Zapier considers premium, or if you need multiple steps in a single zap, conditional logic,  or other advanced operations.

To integrate Zapier with the forms on your BrightFire website, please connect the app you want to route form data to within your Zapier account.

Next, [submit a ticket](https://support.brightfire.com/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) including your Zapier username and password, along with a description of which app you want to connect to your website forms and why.

Then, a BrightFire representative can access your Zapier account to map your website form fields to the corresponding fields in the app that you want to route data to.
