Log In From My BrightFire
You can access your Webchat dashboard from My BrightFire.
On the Portal Home screen, scroll down to the Service Dashboards section and click the Webchat button.
You can also access your Webchat dashboard directly by going to engage.brightfire.com and entering your email address and password.
If you don't know your password, click the "Forgot password?" link.
On the following screen, enter your email address and click the "Send instructions" button.
You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password.
