# Webchat

### User Accounts & Teams

- User accounts are unlimited at no additional cost.
- Training is available for all users.
- Create as many teams as you need.
- Users can belong to one or more teams.
- Users have customizable notification options.

### Available Inbox Channels

- Your inbox can be connected to Webchat, BrightFire website forms, Google Business Profile, Apple Messages for Business, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

### Webchat User Experience

- When a webchat is initiated, there is a 3-minute countdown for it to be answered.
- If the webchat is not answered within 3 minutes, a customizable message will be sent.
- Webchat persists if the user navigates to a different page of your website.
- Webchat can be displayed on the bottom left or right of your website.

- Message Above Webchat Icon
- Webchat Window Header Color & Header Text Color
- Webchat Window Button Color & Button Text Color
- Disclaimer Message
- Route Webchat Conversations to One or More Teams

- Welcome Messages for Outside Business Hours
- End of Webchat Message for Outside Business Hours

### Multiple Webchat Versions Available

- A single Webchat is sufficient for most insurance agencies.
- Multiple Webchat versions are available upon request.
- Route conversations to different teams.
- Configure Webchat differently for a particular area of your website.

### Google Analytics Integration

- Webchat events will be logged in your Google Analytics data available in My BrightFire.

### Inbox Messaging Functionality

- Correspond via email one-to-one.
- Correspond via text message one-to-one.
- Correspond via any of the social channels you have connected.
- Reply to Google reviews.
- Customizable templates for text messages and emails.
