Available Inbox Channels

  • Your inbox can be connected to Webchat, BrightFire website forms, Google Business Profile, Apple Messages for Business, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

Webchat User Experience

  • When a webchat is initiated, there is a 3-minute countdown for it to be answered.
  • If the webchat is not answered within 3 minutes, a customizable message will be sent.
  • Webchat persists if the user navigates to a different page of your website.
  • Webchat can be displayed on the bottom left or right of your website.
