Our Reviews & Reputation Management service includes two review generation campaigns and two Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey campaigns each year, all managed for you by BrightFire.
Send BrightFire a CSV of your policyholders, including first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number, to get started with a new campaign. We’ll also need to know the date you’d like your campaign sent and which type of campaign you would like us to send.
Policyholders listed in your CSV will receive text messages or emails over the span of 30 days, or on a single date.
Net Promoter Score Survey Campaigns
The Net Promoter Score survey campaigns ask your policyholders the standard Net Promoter Score survey question, "How likely are you to recommend us to your family and friends?"
Net Promoter Score surveys are sent via email. You can see a preview of the email and survey below.
Review Generation Campaigns
Our review generation campaigns are designed to generate as many Google reviews as possible.
Review generation campaigns are sent via text message and/or email.
The text message will read, "Hi [first name], Thanks for choosing [business name]. Please provide your feedback by clicking the link below."
