Official Microsoft Bookings Embed Instructions
According to the article linked above, your embed code is located in the Bookings page tab within the Bookings app, which you can find by following the steps below.
- Go to Teams and select Virtual Appointments.
- Select Manage > Publish your booking page.
- Turn on the Publish booking page toggle.
- To see it online, select Open published page.
- To get the embed code, select Embed and copy the iframe code.
Once we receive your Microsoft Bookings URL, we can set up an external link to it anywhere on your BrightFire website, such as a button on your home page or within the navigation menu.
Once we receive your Microsoft Bookings embed code, we can embed Microsoft Bookings anywhere on your BrightFire website.
Additionally, you can add a Microsoft Bookings URL to any of your staff members' information within your BrightFire website dashboard to be displayed on your Meet Our Staff page.
Microsoft Bookings URLs added to your staff members' information in this manner will also be displayed within the My Agent Personalization and Video Proposals features of your BrightFire website.
Your Microsoft Bookings URL can also be featured in a Promo Panel to emphasize the option to schedule a meeting.
