We do not allow our clients full administration access to websites due to the potential for problems caused by installing untested software or making other coding changes. Depending on the severity, these changes could harm not only your own website but also other websites hosted by BrightFire.
The most secure approach is to allow our clients to access only the particular areas of their websites that are necessary to keep content updated, add new employees, publish reviews, etc.
Admin level changes will need to be performed by our support team to ensure that the changes are applied correctly and that your website continues to operate properly.
If you need to change anything outside your level of access, please submit a new support ticket and allow our team to take care of the updates for you.
