Update Payment Method

Please note that for your security, we cannot accept payment information over the phone or via email. Our team will send you a link specific to your BrightFire account, where you can update your payment method.

Self-Service Billing Portal

You can use our self-service billing portal to update your payment method. Simply click the link below and enter your billing email address. You'll be emailed a link to log in to your billing portal.

My BrightFire

You can also access the self-service billing portal through the My BrightFire dashboard.

Once you log in to My BrightFire, scroll down to the Billing section, and click the button to update your payment method.

Link On Receipts

You can click the Update Method of Payment link on any of your BrightFire receipts that are sent via email. This will direct you to your personal payment portal, where you can update your payment method and view all of your historical payments. Please note you can only update your payment method to a debit or credit card using the personal payment portal.
