I Need To Update My Payment Method

If you need to update your payment method, the quickest way is to click the link on any of your BrightFire receipts that directs you to your personal payment portal. From there, you can view all of your historical payments and/or update your payment method on file.

Please note that for your security, we cannot accept payment information over the phone or via email. Our team will send you a secured link specific to your account at BrightFire, where you’ll be able to update your payment method on file.
