Each month, BrightFire sends a receipt to your billing contact’s email address when your payment method is charged. Please search your inbox for emails that contain the subject line “BrightFire Receipt.” If you’ve found it, you’ll be able to click the link within your receipt that will direct you to your personal payment portal, where you can view all of your historical payments and download receipts on demand.


If you cannot locate these emails, you are either not designated as a billing contact with BrightFire, or you may need to update your billing email address with us. You may also want to check your spam folder. Nevertheless, we’re here to help! Please submit a ticket.
