Each time your payment method is charged, BrightFire sends a receipt to your billing contact’s email address.
Please search your inbox for emails that contain the subject line “BrightFire Receipt.”
If you find a receipt email, you can click the "View Billing History" link to go to our payment portal. There, you can view all of your historical payments and download receipts on demand.
If you cannot locate a receipt email, you are either not designated as a billing contact with BrightFire, or you may need to update your billing email address with us. You may also want to check your spam folder.
