How to View and Manage Scheduled Social Media Posts in Your Engage Dashboard

This guide explains how to access and review the social media posts scheduled by BrightFire within your Engage Dashboard, including details on content tracks and how to view post categories.

 

Accessing Scheduled Posts

  1. Navigate to the Social Tab: Log in to your Engage Dashboard and go to the Social tab.

  2. Open the Calendar Section: Click on the Calendar section to view your scheduled posts.

  3. Select the Weekly View: BrightFire recommends using the Weekly view instead of the Monthly view to display all posts clearly.

Once in the Weekly view, you’ll see all the posts BrightFire has scheduled based on the content tracks you’re enrolled in.

Understanding BrightFire Content Tracks

BrightFire offers a variety of content tracks to suit your marketing needs. Below is a breakdown of the available tracks and their posting frequency:

General Content Tracks

  • General (Holiday posts, safety, and preparedness): 13 posts per month

  • Personal Insurance: 3 posts per month

  • Business Insurance: 3 posts per month

  • Life Insurance: 3 posts per month

  • Health Insurance: 3 posts per month

  • Group Benefits: 3 posts per month

  • Medicare: 3 posts per month

Diversity & Inclusivity Content Tracks

These are optional tracks, allowing you to enroll in some, all, or none, depending on your preferences:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January)

  • Black History Month (February)

  • Women’s History Month (March)

  • Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month (May)

  • Pride Month (June)

  • Juneteenth (June)

  • Latino History Month (September)

  • National Disability Employment Awareness Month (October)

  • Native American Heritage Month (November)

Viewing Content Group Details

To identify the content group for a specific post:

  • Hover over the tag icon (resembling a gift tag) next to the post. This will display the content track associated with that post.
