How to Create and Schedule Social Media Posts in Your Engage Dashboard

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating and scheduling single or bulk social media posts using the Engage Dashboard.

Accessing the Social Tab

  1. Navigate to the Social Tab: Log in to your Engage Dashboard and click on the Social tab in the left-hand menu.

Creating a Single Post

  1. Initiate Post Creation: Click the blue Create Post button located at the top of the secondary navigation section.

  2. Select Channels: Choose the social media channels you want the post to be published on.

  3. Create Content: Write your post content, add images, or use the AI tool for assistance.

  4. Add Tags (Optional): If you have created tags, apply relevant ones to your post for organization.

  5. Set Approval Flow (Optional): If the post requires approval before publishing, add it to an approval flow.

  6. Save to Post Library (Optional): To save the post for future use, ensure the box in the top right corner is checked.

  7. Schedule or Publish: Click the Schedule Post button to either schedule the post for a future time or publish it immediately.

Creating Bulk Posts

  1. Access Bulk Scheduling: Click the blue arrow next to the Create Post button in the secondary navigation section and select Schedule in Bulk.

  2. Upload Bulk File: Upload your bulk upload file. If you need a template, click the sample spreadsheet link at the bottom to download an Excel file to build your bulk upload.

  3. Preview and Finalize: Review the preview of your posts, make any necessary adjustments, and finalize them for scheduling.
