How do I respond to reviews from my BrightFire Engage Dashboard?

With BrightFire, you have the ability to respond to reviews from within your Engage dashboard. To respond, follow these steps:
  1. Click on the 'Reviews' tab.
  2. Click on 'All' and it will display the received reviews. 
  3. Click on 'Haven't replied', which will show the only reviews that you haven't replied to.


If your Google and Facebook accounts are integrated with your Engage dashboard:
  1. Click on the ‘Reply' tab.
  2. Select a 'Template', the template content will auto-populate in the response box.
  3. Click on the 'Post reply' button on the bottom right.


  1. There are multiple templates available by default within the dashboard. Additional response templates will appear in the drop-down once you add new templates under the 'Settings' tab.
  2. You also have the ability to edit the template content to customize it, or you can continue to respond using the auto-populated template content. 
  3. BrightFire supports aggregating photos/videos in Google reviews to show in the dashboard.


To respond to reviews from non-integrated review sites, follow the below steps:
  1. Navigate to the 'Review.'
  2. Click on the corresponding 'Reply' button.
  3. Select a 'Review Response Template' from the new pop-up window. 
  4. The text from the selected template will be copied to the clipboard. 
  5. Click on the 'Continue' button, you will be then redirected to the third-party review site.
  6. Once on the review site, log in to your account. 
  7. Paste the copied template response into the text body and post your response. 


You can also get in touch with a reviewer by sending a message that will not appear under reviews but will be directly sent to the reviewer. 

To send a message, follow these steps:
  1. Click on the 'Chat icon' right in between 'Actions' and 'Reply.'
  2. A new screen (inbox) will pop up on the right side
  3. Type a message in the new screen on the right side.
  4. Click on 'Send' to push the message directly to the reviewer.

You can also click on the email notification ‘Message’ button and will be redirected to the ‘Inbox’ conversation, which allows you to message the reviewer.
