The forms on your BrightFire website can integrate with AgencyZoom to automatically route data from your BrightFire website form submissions to AgencyZoom.
You can set this up using BrightFire's native integration with AgencyZoom or Zapier.
Once activated, the integration will create a new Lead in AgencyZoom when a connected form is submitted on your BrightFire Insurance Agency Website.
BrightFire AgencyZoom Integration
Activation in AgencyZoom
Hover over the gear icon on the left navigation and click Lead Sources.
In the box for Web Leads, click the "+ Add Lead Source" button.
We recommend setting the Category to Web Leads and entering "BrightFire Website Form" as the Source Name.
Hover over the gear icon on the left navigation and click Integration.
Click the Web Lead Integration box.
Click the "+ Web Lead Integration" button.
Select BrightFire as the Web Lead Vendor.
Set the Lead Source to BrightFire Website Form, or the Source Name you used earlier in the process if you chose to enter a custom Source Name.
Select the tag(s) based on your preferences.
Select your desired pipeline and stage.
Select your desired producer assignment, CSR assignment, and location.
Copy and paste the webhook and provide it to BrightFire.
Field Mapping
BrightFire can set up your field mapping according to your preferences.
There is one required field in AgencyZoom for First Name.
We will map the name field from your BrightFire website forms to this field.
We'll also map the email field from your BrightFire website form to the email field in AgencyZoom.
For phone numbers, the phone number field on your BrightFire website form can be mapped to the AgencyZoom field for Phone or Other Phone.
We will also configure a note to be created on the Lead in AgencyZoom.
Our default configuration for the note is to contain the Type of Insurance that was selected on the form on your BrightFire website and the text "Created via BrightFire website integration." at the end of the note.

Once field mapping is complete, the integration will be active.
You can submit the integrated form on your BrightFire website to test the integration.
Please note that if the email address submitted through the form on your BrightFire website already exists in AgencyZoom, the integration will still create a Lead in AgencyZoom.
