In order to initiate a transfer of your domain name to BrightFire your domain name must be unlocked and any whois privacy disabled.
Next, we'll need you to supply us with your transfer authorization / EPP code which will be generated by your current domain registrar.
Once we receive your transfer authorization / EPP code we will initiate the domain transfer.
Once the domain transfer has been initiated you will receive a transfer approval email from our domain registrar coming from support@name.com.
This email will be sent to the Administrative Contact email address for your domain that is on file with your current domain registrar.
Once you receive the transfer approval email, please forward it to support@brightfire.com so that we can approve the transfer.
Once approved, domain transfers typically take seven days to complete.
